Paid Search + Reviews

Visible in search right away — and reviews under control. For practices that will not wait on organic reach.

What we hear

From conversations with practice owners

I don't like it. I don't want to pay Google.

The early bird gets the worm.

Ads put you first immediately. First inquiries in the first week are realistic. Long term you should still grow organically — paid search buys the time until you do.

Google Ads · Bing Ads

Search-volume analysis

Who searches how?

Not every patient searches the same way. Some type “dermatologist Manhattan private”, others “orthopedic surgeon near me”. We analyze which terms are actually searched, which of them convert on ads — and which only burn budget.

Ads creation

Serious and Relevant.

Medical advertising has its own rules — legal and tonal. Ads that sound like clinic spam get ignored. We write copy that informs rather than intrudes, and that meets the patient at the exact moment they're searching for a practice.

Budget & measurement

A barrel with a bottom

An ad budget without measurement is a donation to Google. We define what a result is — a call, an appointment request, or a form — and we measure exactly that. What converts, scales. What does not convert, comes out.

Reputation management

An unanswered review is also an answer.

Reviews on Google, Healthgrades, and ZocDoc don't just shape first impressions — they actively shape search ranking. A practice with 40 recent, responded-to reviews ranks differently than one with 12 old, silent ones.

appeario responds to every new review within 24 hours — using pre-coordinated protocols, in the practice's tone. No generic "thanks for your review," no boilerplate. Every response is a visible signal pointed outward.

How it works

No black box. Transparency from day one.

  1. Week 1

    Campaigns live

Account set up, search terms defined, ads written and sent for approval. Once you confirm, the ads start running.

  2. Month 1

    First optimization round

Real data replaces assumptions. Which terms bring inquiries, which bring clicks without a result. First adjustments based on actual performance — not gut feel.

  3. Month 3+

    Sweet spot

The account now knows the practice. Budget flows into terms with proven effect, waste is minimized. Cost per lead drops — and the system runs without weekly firefighting.

FAQ

Ads and reviews — the questions we hear first.

How fast am I visible?

Typically within 48 hours in search results — provided the website and tracking are in place. Organic rankings take months; ads do not.

What is in the monthly price — and what is not?

From $360 per month for management, optimization, and review handling. Plus a one-time $490 setup and an external ad budget that goes to Google/Bing — not to us.

Are reviews really included?

Yes. Replies to agreed protocols, critical cases with you first. QR cards for new reviews are part of it. Radar refreshes daily in this package.

Is there a minimum term?

No. Month to month. If you stop after two months, you stop — no penalty.

Do I already need a good website?

A working website, yes. If you have none, or only a 2017 business card, start with a Visibility Project — otherwise you pay for clicks onto a page that does not convert.
