The Austrian story

ordipro — the same model, 2 years earlier.

Before appeario, we built ordipro — a marketing agency for Wahlarztordinationen, Austria's private specialty practices that operate outside the public insurance system. The market structure is different from the US, but the economics of a private specialty practice are remarkably similar: high-value patients, intense local competition, a referral economy, and reputation that compounds over time.

The US version isn't an experiment. It's the same model, the same team, brought to the market it was always going to fit best.
