For PE-backed specialty platforms

Every office in the portfolio, as patients find it.

For the growth team at a PE-backed specialty platform. We audit each location on Google, bring profiles and reviews to one standard, carry acquired practices through the rebrand, and send one monthly report across the portfolio.

What we do

What we take care of.

  1. 01

Every office audited as patients see it

Map Pack, reviews, profiles and pages for each location — so you can see which offices are found and which aren’t, before anything changes.

    appeario Audit

  2. 02

One standard for profiles and reviews

Names, categories, hours and doctor profiles aligned across locations, and every new review answered to one agreed protocol.

    Paid Search + Reviews

  3. 03

New acquisitions, carried through the rebrand

When a practice joins, we audit it first, then move its Google profile, domain and pages over without losing the reviews and rankings it came with.

    Visibility Project

  4. 04

    One report across the portfolio

We track every office. Each month we send one roll-up across locations: who’s visible, what changed, what’s next.

FAQ

Questions platform teams ask us.

How is it priced across many locations?

Paid Search + Reviews is $890/month for the first location plus $150 for each additional one, and a $490 setup. Website and rebrand projects for groups are quoted fixed before we start. Ad budgets go to Google, not to us.

Can we see every location in one place?

Yes. We track every office and send one monthly portfolio report: each location side by side, what we changed, and what moved. Nothing for your team to log in to.

We have an in-house marketing team. Where do you fit?

Usually on the local layer your team doesn’t have time for: Google profiles, reviews and location pages, office by office. Brand and campaigns stay with your team; we report into it.

What happens to an acquired practice’s reviews when it rebrands?

They can stay. We rename and re-categorize the existing Google profile rather than starting a new one, and redirect the old website page by page so its rankings carry over.

How do you handle review replies and HIPAA?

Every reply follows a protocol you approve up front: it never confirms that the reviewer is a patient or mentions their care, and it moves specifics offline. Replies go out within 24 hours; anything under 3 stars or sensitive goes to you first.
