Medical website design for specialty practices

Visibility Projects

Make the existing website visible — or start over. Profile, directories, and content put in order once. For private specialty practices.

What we hear

From conversations with practice owners

When will I finally rank at the top of Google?

Patience is a virtue.

Organic visibility is earned over months. Continuous work is rewarded. If you need to be found in 48 hours, that is Paid Search — not a website project.

Content depth

Depth beats breadth.

Google doesn't rank business cards. Practices that want to show up for "dermatologist Manhattan private practice" or "orthopedic surgeon NYC" need content that answers those queries directly — clinically precise, locally anchored, written for the actual searches patients are running.

A Visibility Project builds the site's content layer once: service pages per specialty, regional landing pages, structured data that signals to Google and the AI assistants who the practice is and who it treats.

It's not a content retainer. It's the substantive core of local visibility, handed over when the scope is done.

Consistent NAP data (name, address, phone) across all relevant directories
Directory management

Inconsistent data isn't a cosmetic issue.

Healthgrades, ZocDoc, Vitals, WebMD, Yelp, RateMDs, Apple Maps, Bing Places — every platform has its own fields, its own requirements, its own update cycles. Inconsistent practice data is an active ranking signal working against you.

A Visibility Project covers setup and cleanup of every relevant directory entry — once, to a consistent NAP. New platforms that matter get added as part of the scope. Address, phone, and hours are aligned everywhere, not just on the website. Ongoing maintenance is not included unless you ask for it.

What our websites can do

Transparent pricing
short paths

Scope and price are fixed in advance. Then it is done — no maintenance obligation, no subscription.

Visibility project

from $1,490

For practices whose website stays. Google Business Profile and directories put in order, service pages for individual specialties added, technical cleanup, takeover from another agency including access.

Scope after intake, price fixed before we start.

Compact website

$2,990

One page, one specialty. Structure, copy, photos, appointment request and call button always visible. Built cleanly for Google and AI search.

No dedicated service pages, no blog. Two revision rounds included.

Practice website

from $6,900

Up to eight pages, dedicated pages per specialty, team and practice page. Structure and copy matched to the searches patients actually use in your catchment. Before/after comparison documented in your report.

Two revision rounds included. Handover with all access.

Group / multi-location

Quote

Group practices and multiple locations on a fixed quote before we start.

How a website comes together

  1. Day 1–14

The floor plan before the façade.

Audience, location, specialties — then a full audit of the site, Google Business Profile, directories, ranking, and content gaps. Nothing is designed until that is settled.

  2. Week 2–4

    First impressions choose.

Brand and design for the patients this practice actually serves. GBP optimization, directory cleanup, website adjustments or a restart, structured data.

  3. Week 4–8

The wind blows the same for everyone.

Service pages, regional landing pages, structured data — content that answers the searches patients are already running, not a business card.

  4. Handoff

    Transfer of ownership.

Domain, code, content — the site belongs to the practice. Training and 30 days of support. Then it is done: no retainer, no lock-in.

Free intro call

30 minutes. Online. No obligation.

FAQ

One-time work. Then it is done.

Is this really one-time — no subscription afterwards?

Yes. Scope and price are fixed before we start. Then it is done: no maintenance obligation, no monthly lock-in. We continue only if you want us to.

What is the difference between the packages?

Visibility project: the existing website stays; profiles and content are brought up to date. Compact website: one page, one specialty. Practice website: up to eight pages including specialty pages. Group / multi-location: a fixed quote in advance.

How does intake work?

A short intro call, then the current state (website, profile, directories), then a binding quote. We start only once the scope is clear.

Will you take over a website from another agency?

Yes — including access, technical cleanup, and the missing service pages. Prerequisite: we get what we need to continue cleanly.

Does this include ongoing ads or review replies?

No. Those live in Paid Search + Reviews, the monthly service. A Visibility Project is the one-time foundation.
